WATCH: Lee Camp Says This Election Fraud Lawsuit Could Actually Save Us

An official lawsuit that is being filed against the DNC regarding the discrepancy with exit polls versus electronic voting machine tallies has now morphed into including the cancellation of exit polls for California and New Jersey shortly before the primaries were held last Tuesday.

If you haven’t already noticed, there has been quite the outrage from the Bernie Sanders campaign and supporters regarding voter disenfranchisement and election fraud. For instance, California is in the midst of its own debacle over why so many voters had their party affiliation switched or were removed from registration altogether.

On RT America’s Redacted Tonight, featuring comedian and social commentator Lee Camp, author and professor of political science Bob Fitrakis and lawyer Cliff Arnebeck from the Institute for american democracy and election integrity were featured in a video showing Arnebeck’s assertion that they have enough evidence that Hillary Clinton benefited from election fraud that they will be filing an official lawsuit against her campaign for election fraud and racketeering.

Cliff Arnebeck is the chair of the Legal Affairs Committee of Common Cause Ohio and a national co-chair and attorney for the Alliance of Democracy, which gives him a bit more push than just your random Bernie Sanders activist from the millennial generation.

Watch the video below for Lee Camp’s take on how voters can take action against voter fraud this year:

White House Press Secretary Refers To Clinton Probe As ‘Criminal Investigation’

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest had a slip of the tongue yesterday at a press conference when he referred to the FBI’s Hillary Clinton email probe as a “criminal investigation”.

This gaffe, which directly conflicts with the Hillary campaign’s insistence that this investigation is administrative and not criminal, is likely to be met with criticism as mainstream media’s bias towards the former Secretary of State is extremely high lately.

If you can remember back a year ago, the Hillary camp even pressured the New York Times to retract a statement referring to the investigation as “criminal”, a move that has haunted her ever since. The question remains what Hillary’s campaign, along with her supporters, are going to say when they see video evidence that the White House views the investigation as criminal, which means, at the very least, that a *possible* criminal is running for president, though most of her opponents would not use that terminology.

Election Fraud: Where Did 12 Million California Voters Go?

The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday that over 650k newly registered voters in the state of California marked a new record for voter registration, bringing the total to 18 million registered voters prior to the primary. Yet, only around 6 million votes were actually counted. Why?

Among reports of election fraud, including bogus party affiliation changes, voter purges, accidental party affiliations and rigged voting machines, the California primary was just one of six states experiencing what is looking more and more like widespread voter suppression by the Democratic party.

Tuesday’s California primary resulted in around 3.2 million votes cast in the Democratic party and around 1.5 million in the Republican primary. Even if we rounded that up to 5 million and accounted for another 1 million voters who somehow made a mistake of their own, what about the other 13 million new voters?

Reports of voter suppression election fraud started early when Bernie Sanders was not included on California’s mail-in ballot as a Democratic candidate. Since then, many people on social media have complained that their party affiliation was not correctly stated in the online Board of Elections database, or that they were not shown as being registered despite having registered way before the registration cutoff date. All of this points to widespread election fraud, something that has been well-documented at this point in the election.

Even Green Party candidate Dr. Jill Stein tweeted, “The Democratic Party is a disgrace to our democracy… blatantly rigging the system against @BernieSanders from the start,” making it clear that she recognizes the angry populace’s call for true democracy to be restored.

John Oliver KILLS When He Explains Why Primaries & Caucuses Are Broken

If you don’t watch John Oliver, you should. He’s one of the most poignant, and literate, funnymen in television history. Conservatives hate him because….well, because he’s right. Well he’s left.. but he’s correct in his assessment of American politics, and nobody likes hearing the truth (especially conservatives).

And of course he’s great at his job, he was taught by none other than the great Jon Stewart when he posed as a fake news correspondent for a few years on The Daily Show, even coming so far as to fill in for Stewart for three months in the summer of 2013. We’re very unfortunate to have lost Stewart from television, but the consolation prize is the greatest replacement you could ask for: John Oliver.

On this past weekend’s Last Week Tonight on HBO, Oliver successfully explains why the presidential primaries and caucuses are so broken. Watch the hilarious video below to find out:

DNC Crumbles As Crony-Capitalism Within The Party Is Illuminated

The Hillary Clinton-controlled DNC is beginning to crumble, and it’s no surprise why. Crony-capitalism simply does not work.

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid gave a harsh criticism of Bernie Sanders the other day regarding Sanders’ apparent lack of empathy or apology for Sanders supporters at the Nevada DNC last weekend. However, it should be no surprise that Sanders refuses to apologize, especially when the democratic process was completely ignored that day. But that criticism is only the tip of the quickly melting iceberg that will soon flood the halls of Wall Street as more and more Americans are beginning to feel the Bern.

A Nevada Bernie delegate, Angie Morelli, has received substantial airtime on the mainstream media, particularly MSNBC, explaining what really happened there from her first-person perspective, and slammed political news reporter John Ralston for making claims about the event without talking to her or any of the other Bernie delegates first.

A major concern that Morelli brought up in an interview with Rachel Maddow was that the Bernie supporters at the NV convention had a stack of petitions regarding the political process within the DNC, petitions which Hillary supporters were explicitly told not to sign. When those Hillary supporters asked what was in the petitions and found out what they were, they wanted to sign the petitions and everyone wanted the NV DNC heads to respond to the petitions, but they refused to.

What’s more is that Bernie himself explained that he’s seen absolutely no reports of violence from Sanders supporters at any event since the campaign started through the present, despite Nevada DNC head and Debbie Wasserman Schultz claiming the contrary. Sanders also said in a statement that the opposite was true, that his Nevada campaign office had been shot at and ransacked.

All of this is besides the point, however. The real issue is that the people at the top of the DNC are involved in what has become the most widely publicized and anger-inducing crony-capitalism scheme ever in recorded history of the United States, mostly due to the Bernie Sanders campaign exclaiming it over and over, along with underground news sources and smaller legitimate source doing investigative reporting.

And it gets worse for the DNC…

Democracy Spring, a grassroots organized protest proclaiming our right to democracy, may have been a quickly defused outcry from the disenfranchised, but it’s far from over. Even as you read this, the organizers in California are gearing up for multiple massive events. There is still quite a lot of delegates up for grabs on June 7th and a quick look at Bernie’s event map will tell you he has no plans to stop working towards winning the primary. There’s even a musical concert being announced on May 30th from a new band with members of Rage Against The Machine and Public Enemy, an event sure to show strong support for the working class of America.

All of this still is not the only reason the DNC is falling apart…

The main reason is that the people who are in charge simply don’t realize how out of touch with reality they really are. People have registered to vote in record numbers this year. The Democratic Party has received an extremely large number of new voters, and quite a few seasoned Democrats are steering away from the party after witnessing the widespread voter suppression, election rigging and general disenfranchisement from DNC party heads.

If Bernie Sanders doesn’t get picked as the Democratic Nominee, the DNC will fall completely apart.

Bernie Blasts Back Over Nevada Convention Disaster In Epic Rant

Showing his continued support for his disenfranchised supporters, Bernie Sanders released a harsh statement against this past weekend’s events at the Nevada Democratic Convention. The statement comes on Tuesday May 17th, a day of two democratic primaries in Kentucky and Oregon.

The statement is as follows:

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders on Tuesday issued the following statement:

“It is imperative that the Democratic leadership, both nationally and in the states, understand that the political world is changing and that millions of Americans are outraged at establishment politics and establishment economics. The people of this country want a government which represents all of us, not just the 1 percent, super PACs and wealthy campaign contributors.

“The Democratic Party has a choice. It can open its doors and welcome into the party people who are prepared to fight for real economic and social change – people who are willing to take on Wall Street, corporate greed and a fossil fuel industry which is destroying this planet. Or the party can choose to maintain its status quo structure, remain dependent on big-money campaign contributions and be a party with limited participation and limited energy.

“Within the last few days there have been a number of criticisms made against my campaign organization. Party leaders in Nevada, for example, claim that the Sanders campaign has a ‘penchant for violence.’ That is nonsense. Our campaign has held giant rallies all across this country, including in high-crime areas, and there have been zero reports of violence. Our campaign of course believes in non-violent change and it goes without saying that I condemn any and all forms of violence, including the personal harassment of individuals. But, when we speak of violence, I should add here that months ago, during the Nevada campaign, shots were fired into my campaign office in Nevada and apartment housing complex my campaign staff lived in was broken into and ransacked.

“If the Democratic Party is to be successful in November, it is imperative that all state parties treat our campaign supporters with fairness and the respect that they have earned. I am happy to say that has been the case at state conventions in Maine, Alaska, Colorado and Hawaii where good discussions were held and democratic decisions were reached. Unfortunately, that was not the case at the Nevada convention. At that convention the Democratic leadership used its power to prevent a fair and transparent process from taking place. Among other things:

The chair of the convention announced that the convention rules passed on voice vote, when the vote was a clear no-vote. At the very least, the Chair should have allowed for a headcount.
The chair allowed its Credentials Committee to en mass rule that 64 delegates were ineligible without offering an opportunity for 58 of them to be heard. That decision enabled the Clinton campaign to end up with a 30-vote majority.
The chair refused to acknowledge any motions made from the floor or allow votes on them.
The chair refused to accept any petitions for amendments to the rules that were properly submitted.
“These are on top of failures at the precinct and county conventions including trying to depose and then threaten with arrest the Clark County convention credentials chair because she was operating too fairly.”

Justice Department Employees Contribute To Hillary Campaign

In an obvious conflict of interest that has gone unchecked, the Washington Times reported today that the U.S. Department of Justice, who is currently investigating Hillary Clinton, has contributed to her campaign in order to get her elected.

As previous reports of Hillary’s corruption have also stated (see: Abby Martin, for example), the Clinton empire has its hands and dollars in the pockets of every major news outlet and every branch of the federal government, so it should be no surprise if and when the investigation into her email server turns up “nothing” and the case is closed.

Her campaign has already raked in around $73k dollars in 228 donations, compared to a mere $9k for Bernie and about 300 bucks for Trump, so it’s clear who DOJ workers are interested in having as their president.

Sane Progressive Explains How Much Worse Hillary Is Than Trump

What? What’s that you say? Trump is actually a better choice than Hillary?!

Not quite.

There’s a difference between saying Hillary is worse than Trump and saying Trump is a better candidate. They’re both bad, just not equally bad. If you consider the actual action that Hillary Clinton has taken while in office, as the Sane Progressive explains, far more people have been hurt by Hillary’s policy. That is, it’s fair to say Trump may have policy that scares a lot of us, but Hillary’s actually affected people’s lives, even resulted in many people’s deaths.

In this video, Sane progressive explains how Hillary just completely flipped on her own supporters and has rigged the DNC in her own favor. Take a watch:

Is America On It’s Way To A Second Civil War?

With the rise of both Trump and Sanders from almost opposite ends of the political spectrum, and Hillary’s FBI indictement looming around the corner, the general election is not going to be a pretty sight for anyone hoping for positive change in 2017.

There are multiple ways a civil war could break out. Racial groups against each other or against the system. Impoverished groups against the system. People within the system abandoning ship. People within the system using their power to attempt to silence the oppressed. Oligarchs against each other or even oppressed groups against each other. The recipe for any civil war, however, is civil unrest, and America currently has quite a bit and growing.

If Hillary wins the Democratic nonimation, calls for her indictment will only increase and Bernie supporters will be protesting even more than they already have. If Bernie wins, it’ll be a democratic socialist vs. a fascist dictator, the harshest political battle we’ve seen in American politics to date.

If Trump wins, mass protests will become more than a regular occurance. In 2003, when George W. Bush wanted to invade Iraq, the largest pre-war anti-war protest in U.S. history occurred. Despite calls for his impeachment after it was clear that weapons of mass destruction did not exist in Iraq, Bush won the presidency for a second term and protests continued, but he had one thing going for him: he wasn’t a racist bigot.

Race relations are sweltering these days, especially at Trump rallies. If people are shocked at the actions of both Trump supporters and protestors thus far, they may not be ready for what is about to happen over the next few months. Aside from race issues, Trump rallies also feature a fascist overtone of suppressing media, arresting reporters, and he even declared back in February that, if elected, newspapers will “have problems”. While the media has been deregulated and given more freedom to sell airtime and content real estate, the freedom to say whatever they want may be in serious danger from a Trump regime.

If ever there were a reason for a nutcase like Lee Harvey Oswald or John Wilkes Boothe to take matters into their own hands, this election season is rife with them. Opponents of Bernie Sanders are generally opponents of socialism and falsely view his policy as dictatorial and damaging to the economy — after all, they argue, if we pay too much in taxes we won’t be able to afford to spend any money on goods and services. If you also factor in his anti-war stance, neo-conservatives hell-bent on continuing the occupation of the Middle East aren’t going to enjoy his policy of pulling back military intervention and closing bases around the world. The worst issue Sanders faces from opponents, however, is fighting against the 1%. The 1% has every reason to want to assassinate the man and it’s not too far-fetched to imagine them at least attempting to pull it off.

A Hillary presidency means a whole lot of war. If elected, she’s going to increase military spending on Middle Eastern conflicts, making new free trade deals that enslave people around the world, and making no real advances in solving domestic problems for U.S. citizens living in poverty, and she definitely is not going to do much about the mass incarceration of african and latino americans, especially since she makes money off of it. This gives her opponents much reason to protest, but it’ll be benign in comparison to Sanders and Trump presidencies. However, avoiding an FBI indictment, her corruption is going to spawn more mass protests and people are not going to enjoy their daily lives being disturbed by them. In this way, things won’t be too much better than a Trump presidency.

All in all, we don’t have a bright future ahead of us. It’s going to be at least a year of serious problems and mass protests. We’re only seeing the beginning now…

The Disastrous 2016 Election Has Triggered A Third Party Revolution

United States — While tumultuous, chaotic, contentious, outrageous, erratic, fraudulent, random, disheartening, and certainly unpredictable, could simultaneously describe this presidential election cycle, perhaps the most unanticipated development surrounds the categorical shunning of the soured, traditional duopoly — despite its previously adamantine grip on American politics.

This year, constant evidence substantiates the people’s collective scream: Enough!

In particular, once Ted Cruz and John Kasich abruptly halted their bids for the nomination this week — sending shockwaves across the already tempestuous election climate — the country’s umbrage against the establishment gained momentum. Again. Third parties and alternative candidates — and not just anti-establishment candidates conniving the system by running on one of the duopoly’s tickets — began blowing up the previously gaining trend in popularity.

In just one example following the sudden void in options for GOP voters, the Libertarian Party experienced massive and atypical interest in their platform — a doubling of applications for new members. More to the point, LP Executive Director Wes Benedict told the Washington Examiner in an email there hadn’t been a recent recruitment push for new members on social media — and surmised the sudden interest must be due to Trump’s unofficial clinching of the Republican nomination.

Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson noted the surge of interest yesterday on Facebook.

Of course they are scared of Trump,” Benedict penned. “Trump sounds like an authoritarian. We don’t need a deal-maker. We need more transparency, and a smaller, less intrusive government that provides a level playing field for all and has fewer deals for special interests.

In the last few months, in fact, once the primary season began in earnest, new donor contributions to the LP skyrocketed — even more so once Trump became the all-but-presumptive GOP nominee.

April 2015, simply for reference, saw 106 new donors to the Libertarian Party; but, as the Examiner noted of statistics Benedict provided, “in February 2016, after Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina held their caucuses and primaries, the LP saw 323 new donors. In March, they had 546 new donors, and in April, after everyone but Trump, Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich had dropped out, the LP signed up 706 new donors.

Benedict’s conclusion that the LP’s spike in popularity came from, essentially, fear of a Trump presidency, further illustrates the abysmal sentiment regarding establishment politics in the U.S. However polarizing Trump might be, an astonishing approval rate has helped slingshot what many originally wrote off as a publicity stunt into a direct counter-establishment torpedo with the potential to win the White House.

On the flip side, Bernie Sanders similarly continues to garner fanatical support — while his campaign’s very foundation took root by countering establishment rhetoric. Sanders, an Independent running on the Democratic ballot, remains wildly popular despite media suppression of his success and continued election fraud almost certainly employed to obstruct his possible nomination.

Disillusionment and voter disenfranchisement collided in a mid-April Galluppoll, perhaps revealing another underlying motivation in the mass exodus from the traditional political duopoly — just a hair over one-quarter of the U.S., 27 percent, believe the election process currently functions as it should.

Sick of politics-as-usual, the American populace appears to have cleaved chasms in both the traditional Republican and Democratic Parties. Whether more interest in third parties comes now or after November’s election results are final, it’s clear the political climate in this country will never be exactly as it was before 2016.
